    • When your order is shipped, our work team will contact you to determine the appropriate time to deliver the product, and in case the delivery representative needs more details regarding the residential address.

payment policy

• • • Baufra provides different payment methods, whether by Visa or cash on delivery
    • In the case of purchases of more than 10,000 pounds, 20% will be paid in advance. It can be paid by Vodafone Cash or FAWRY
    • In cases where the customer wishes to modify the color of the product during the purchase process, a 10% deposit is required. Payment can be made via Vodafone Cash or Fawry.
    • Half of the amount is paid in the event that custom furniture is required or of certain specifications not available on the website.
